Prices are shown in US dollars. The Syrian pound figure beside them is calculated at the exchange rate we use at the time, and can change.

Availability and specifications shown may change without notice. Some cars do not show a price and read “Contact us for the price”.

Your order or reservation on the website is a purchase request, not a final sales contract. Our sales team contacts you to confirm availability, the final price and the payment terms; the contract binds only after that confirmation.

The amount of a reservation deposit and its terms are agreed with the sales team.

We show the payment methods available at the time, such as bank transfer, e-wallets and payment at the branch.

A payment counts as complete only after our team confirms it. Please enter the transaction number and the order number accurately.

We do our best to describe parts accurately and to match them to the listed models. Please make sure a part suits your car, or ask us before you buy.

A booking on the website is a request that our team confirms. We may change or cancel an appointment when necessary, in agreement with you. If you cannot come, please cancel from your account or tell us.

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. If you think it was compromised, tell us at once.

The details you enter must be correct. We may suspend an account that is misused.

The Abdul Wahid Motors name, logo, site design and texts belong to the company. The BYD brand, its images and specifications belong to their owners, and we show them as BYD’s exclusive dealer in Syria. They may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

We try to keep information accurate, but specifications and pictures come from the manufacturer and can differ by version and market. They are for information and are not a contractual commitment. What we confirm to you in writing at the time of sale is what counts.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Syrian Arab Republic, and the competent courts in Damascus decide any dispute that cannot be settled amicably.
